About Us

Sam and Edward have a background in working with children. Sam worked in a primary school as 1:1 SEN support and Edward is a qualified Montessori teacher. We both worked providing Early Years education using Montessori and Forest School and both are level 3 qualified Forest School leaders.

Having spent many years visiting the beautiful Colvend Coast for holidays with our children, we moved to Dalbeattie a few years ago.

Using our previous experience, we have brought a new business to Dalbeattie. One that we hope will connect families and children with nature and the outdoors, encourage children's outdoor exploration and promote the wonderful natural resources we have on our doorstep here in Dalbeattie and the wider area of Dumfries and Galloway. We also want them to get creative with the drop in family workshops on offer in our shop on Dalbeattie High Street.
