Medium Flower Press with Cotton Straps

The Medium Flower Press is designed by Dalbeattie Wood to be easy to use with no loose parts. The built in straps mean that the press opens like a book, this makes it easier to use than a conventional flower press if out and about, as there are no small wing nuts or bolts to potentially lose. The pressing area is 13cm by 19cm meaning that larger specimens of leaves, petals and flowers can be pressed.

Constructed out of two pieces of 4mm birch veneered plywood manufactured using a CNC laser-cutting and engraving machine.
Comes with 5 sheets of corrugated cardboard, 8 sheets of blotting paper and 2 thick cotton straps with metal buckles for fastening.
Treated with a single coat of matt Osmo Polyx-Oil to help protect the wood. The combination of natural oils and waxes form a water repellent coating and when dry is safe for humans, animals and plants.
External dimensions are approximately 15cm by 21cm.
